Following the arrival of your myBioma report you might have questions or want some practical feedback regarding the results you receive. By booking a feedback session, you can have a detailed 1:1 discussion regarding your personal microbiome results. Our dietitian will assess your report and compile all of the necessary results into a tangible, practical plan which you will receive as a summary document, showing you how to implement the recommended changes to your diet. The 45 minute session is designed to give you an opportunity to: • Answer specific questions about the myBioma report • Receive an additional, personal explanation and PDF of your nutrition plan • Provide you with long-term practical advice to optimize your gut health The myBioma microbiome analysis provides: • Analysis of microbial DNA • The most modern technologies (e.g. 16S gene sequencing) • Analysis of over 1500 different bacterial species • Non-culturable bacteria identifiable by sequencing • Scientific associations of diseases & symptoms • Result: which and how many bacteria are present in the microbiome. • Personal dietary recommendations • Microbiome report clearly arranged on the smartphone or in PDF format For more information on the test please see my blog post, or to purchase your own kit please see our shop.
